C - Consult
The initial consultation aims to determine if our expertise aligns well with your needs and how we can help. We provide a wide range of services and perform many of these repairs with our own employees without having to subcontract the work.
A - Assess
The assessment involves a site visit and visual inspection of all problem areas. We photo document all existing conditions and provide these photos in a detailed report to the owner. We also take proper measurements and further consult with owners about hidden conditions or other problems we find. We use all this information to provide a comprehensive weatherproofing report.
P - Protect
This estimate is derived from our findings and our track record of projects with similar size and complexity. It includes all necessary repairs identified in our assessment, along with the installation of a comprehensive weatherproofing system designed to ensure long-term surface protection with a guarantee.
